Clause n ° 1: Purpose
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of RESEAU MESURE and the exhibiting company on MSE 2022. Any service provided by RESEAU MESURE therefore implies unreserved acceptance of the exhibiting company to these general conditions of sale. .

 

Clause n ° 2: Price
The prices of the services sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated exclusive of tax. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate and transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
The MESURE NETWORK grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, he undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is recorded.

 

Clause n ° 3: Discounts and rebates
The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the MESURE NETWORK would be required to grant in view of its results or the assumption of responsibility by the purchaser of certain services.

 

Clause n ° 4: Discount
No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.

 

Clause n ° 5: Registration
The deadline for booking and receiving the registration file is: 06/30/2022.

The choice of location will be proposed according to the order of arrival of registrations.

 

Clause n ° 6: Terms of payment
• 1st payment 50% of the price including VAT when booking.
• 2nd payment balance of 50 % of the price including VAT before 01/09/2022.
• For any exceptional stand reservation made and signed after 06/30/2022,
the entire amount payable will be payable upon reservation.

Clause n ° 7: Communication methods
Registration for MSE 2022 includes:
• ½ page in the Exhibitors' Guide edited and distributed via our press partnership (subject to compliance with the information transmission deadlines for the publication of this document).
• A publication of your logo on the MESURE RESEAU website with a link to your website.
• The communication carried out by the MESURE NETWORK within the framework of the promotion of the show subject to the transmission of your list of target email addresses which will be treated in complete confidentiality only within the framework of the promotion of this exhibition.
(signing of a confidentiality protocol).
This approach shared by all exhibitors enables effective targeted communication to be carried out while guaranteeing the fairest exhibition cost for participants.
If you cannot send this list of contacts, you will be asked:
- invoicing of an additional € 1,200 excluding tax for the basic purchase of targeted contacts
- or proof of communication actions dedicated to this event for a value of € 1,200 excluding tax.

 

Clause n ° 8: Late payment
Access to the stand is subject to full payment of invoices issued in accordance with the order for services for MSE2022.

 

Clause n ° 9: Force majeure
The responsibility of the MESURE NETWORK cannot be implemented if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described herein.
general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.

 

Clause n ° 10: Competent court
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Pontoise.

 

Clause n ° 11: Cancellation, Lack of occupation
In the event of total cancellation of the order for Services provided for in the Contract or partial cancellation of said order (reduction of area and / or cancellation or modifications of the services ordered) by the Exhibitor, for any reason whatsoever. or, the latter is required to pay RESEAU MESURE an indemnity calculated as follows:
1 / cancellation between the reservation date and the 270th day preceding the start date of the event (1st day of assembly):
50% of the total amount of the Contract (reservation of space and, where applicable, services of the initial order and additional services);
2 / cancellation between the 269th day and 90th day preceding the start date of the event: 75% of the total amount of the Contract (reservation of space and, where applicable, services of the initial order and additional services);
3 / cancellation between the 89th day and the start date of the event: 100% of the total amount of the Contract (reservation of space and, where applicable, services of the initial order and additional services).
Lack of occupancy: stands or spaces not used within the time limits prescribed in the Exhibitors' Guide, will be deemed not to have to be occupied; the Contract will then be terminated automatically and RESEAU MESURE may, by express agreement, dispose of it as it sees fit. The total amount of the Contract (order for Services and, where applicable, additional services) will remain due to the MESURE NETWORK.

 

Clause n ° 12: Personal data, GDPR compliance
11.1 Personal data processing carried out by RESEAU MESURE in accordance with law n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), RESEAU MESURE, as data controller, is required to perform processing of the personal data provided by the Exhibitor as part of his request to participate in the Event.
The communication of personal data requested in this context is mandatory to process the aforementioned request and thus conditions its taking into account.
The purposes of processing personal data are:
- A) The management and monitoring of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship (processing of requests for participation, quotes, orders, invoicing, management of unpaid bills and disputes, management of the implementation of the stand, publication of certain data in the 'exhibitor area on the Event website);
- B) The operation, development and management of customer / prospect databases (sending newsletters, commercial prospecting, organization of competitions, processing of requests to exercise rights, management of contact requests, organization of meetings business);
- C) The improvement and personalization of services with regard to the Exhibitor (production of statistics, realization of satisfaction surveys, management of newsletter subscriptions);
- D) The transfer of personal data to RESEAU MESURE partners within the framework of a business relationship (transfers);
- E) Compliance with legal obligations. The legal basis for the processing of personal data, the purpose of which falls within the aforementioned categories, is:
- For category A): the execution of the Contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the Exhibitor.
- For categories B) and C): the legitimate interest represented for RESEAU MESURE by these categories.
- For category D): the consent of the Exhibitor. It can be withdrawn at any time thereafter.
- For category E): compliance with legal obligations. The recipients of personal data are the relevant services of RESEAU MESURE, its partners, and certain service providers. Some of these recipients may be located outside the European Union. When necessary, appropriate guarantees have been taken, in particular by setting up standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission.
RESEAU MESURE keeps personal data for the time necessary for the operations for which they were collected, in accordance with the aforementioned regulation 2016/679, for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations and / or, when RESEAU MESURE carries out commercial prospecting , for a maximum period of three years, from the last effective contact with the prospect / client, except for exceptions justified by a particular context.
The Exhibitor has a right of access, rectification and erasure of data concerning him, a right to the portability of his data, the right to limit the processing carried out on his data as well as the right to define general and specific directives defining the manner in which he wishes his rights to be exercised, after his death. The Exhibitor is expressly informed that he also has a right to object to the processing of his personal data for legitimate reasons, as well as a right to object to his data being used for commercial prospecting purposes. .

The Exhibitor may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
11.2 Personal data processing carried out by the Exhibitor:
The Exhibitor is fully and individually responsible for the Processing of personal data that it carries out. As such, the Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations incumbent on any Data Controller and in particular to transfer to the MESURE NETWORK, if applicable, personal data collected in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations in force. .
In addition, the Exhibitor expressly guarantees RESEAU MESURE against all complaints, claims and / or claims whatsoever from a third party that RESEAU MESURE could suffer as a result of the violation, by the Exhibitor, of its obligations as data controller. . The Exhibitor undertakes to indemnify RESEAU MESURE for any damage it may suffer and to pay it all costs, indemnities, charges and / or penalties that RESEAU MESURE may have to bear as a result.

 

Clause n ° 13: Hours, access and circulation
The stands and locations are accessible to Exhibitors and visitors on specific days and times on the "Exhibitors Technical Guide". The electric current will be interrupted and circulation inside the halls formally prohibited to Exhibitors after the closing of the event. The Exhibitor must comply with the conditions of access and circulation to the premises and exterior spaces of the park defined in the internal regulations of the venue of the event.

 

Clause n ° 14: Compulsory insurance
The exhibitor must be the holder of professional civil liability insurance covering its activities and its financial consequences against any damage caused by one of its employees or one of its subcontractors and / or persons / service providers appointed by it. and / or caused by his property, furniture or equipment.
The exhibitor undertakes to maintain these guarantees and insurance throughout the duration of this contract and to provide proof thereof before 10/09/2022 to RESEAU MESURE.
